What You Actually Get
This one-bedroom retreat is designed for easy living, with a huge open-plan living and dining space, a king-sized bedroom, and a dedicated work-from-home office area for guests who need to get things done. The balcony looks out over Port Phillip Bay and the buzzing Bay Street precinct, with water views by day and a twinkle of the Westgate Bridge at night. A full-sized kitchen, private laundry, and a bathroom with a bathtub round out the practical side, while a 60" Smart TV with Netflix covers the nights in. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year-round, and balcony doors let the sea breeze straight through when the weather's on your side. Guests also get access to the building's heated indoor pool and gym.

The #109 tram stop is a short walk away on Graham Street, making it an easy run into the city or to South Melbourne Market.
