The Space:

HOUSE FEATURES:



The spacious main 2 storey house, with a sensational wraparound deck, has been newly updated and yet still retains it's colonial charm. There are 2 sunny lounge areas, a smaller cosy space downstairs with a TV and the main lounge upstairs with Coonara wood heater, split system air conditioning, board games, TV and access to the entertaining deck complete with dining and lounging offerings.



Also upstairs is the large kitchen that is bathed in sunlight from the skylight above. With a well stocked amenities (inc coffee machine and soda stream) this cooking hub allows for easy meal preparation while you also have the option of cooking al fresco on any of the 2 BBQ's.



The 4 bedrooms are newly furnished and have beautiful garden views through the large light filled windows. The master has a split system air conditioner / heater and the remaining bedrooms have portable fans.



The nearby cottage is also fully appointed with a kitchen, lounge and 3 additional bedrooms.



Outside, the resort like facilities of a tennis court, hot tub spa, gazebo and fire pit with seating for marshmallow toasting will delight all the guests! The property is also fully fenced so your furry friend can enjoy the tranquility too (with prior approval).

We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. A security bond is $2,000 for this property. Additional bonds may be held, depending on how many guests are staying.

Guests are required to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Code of Conduct. Council registration - STRA0798/18.

Pets allowed upon application, please take note of Pet Conditions, and an $80 cleaning fee will apply if approved.

Entire property.

This property has a main house as well as a separate cottage on the same block. The main house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, a living room and bathroom. The 2 dwellings cannot be rented out separately.

There is also a tennis court, hot tub spa and fire pit.



The Neighborhood:

Sorrento is a popular holiday destination on the Mornington Peninsula, located between Portsea and Blairgowrie. It is a beautiful historic town, with stunning limestone buildings lining the main street and stylish shops, boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurants. At one end of the main street you’ll find the Sorrento front beach with the calm waters of Port Phillip Bay and the Sorrento Pier, and at the other end of the street is the Sorrento Ocean Beach with stunning rock pools and excellent surfing. From the Sorrento Pier you can jump on the popular Sorrento/Queenscliff ferry, as well as join organised fishing trips, seal and dolphin watching excursions, sight-seeing cruises, yacht charters and diving trips.
