“Charm airport worked out perfectly for us, after returning a rental car at airport in the evening and then heading to the ferry porta for a visit to Sicily the next morning. Check-in could not have been smoother. Staff was professional, kind, and helpful, including the Manager's uncle! Marta really went the extra mile to help us tweak our travel plan, including arranging for a taxi. The vouchers for dinner and breakfast were much appreciated. The dinner spot was exceptional.”

“This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel”

“Very clean and new room. Easy check in and friendly/responsive staff. Breakfast was nice and actually goes till 10 am so you don’t have to wake up before dawn to get food lol Staff were great. I mixed up my days and thought we had an extra day there and they were very accommodating and friendly about booking us to keep our room an extra night. Really a great stay. We were joking that we wish we could bring the hotel with us to every stop we have in Sicily.”

“« Gardenia Hôtel », belle chambre avec balcon donnant face à la mer avec vue sur la Sicile et le Volcan « Etna ». Hôtel très calme, très confortable. La literie est parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses, salle de bain très bien équipée. La dame de l’accueil (Carmella ?) qui parle le Français, est adorable et très attentionnée ; Merci pour toute sa gentillesse. Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement juste en face de l’hôtel ; Seul problème (qui a déjà été soulevé par d’autres commentaires……

“This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never……

“We were checking out early. Didn’t get to have the breakfast. Everything looked cool once inside. Good area to find restaurant. Be aware - mosquitos do get into the rooms. Plan accordingly if you are someone who gets bit. Ceilings were gorgeous! Staff polite and helped with taxi.”

“We have been travelling for a few weeks now. I would say that although B&B Centrale was not in the best location, it was by far the best. The owner provided excellent service, served us breakfast and coffee and gave us free water each day. Everywhere we travelled, we didn’t see the shadow of the owner or their employee. Everything was so hands off. But Sr. Nuno (if memory serves me right) provided hands-on service. Such a gentleman. We stayed in a big quadruple room which was very clean……
