“The staff was amazing. When we got there and our room wasn’t set up as a twin for my adult daughter and I they swiftly offered us both our own rooms using an unbooked room - we don’t even have to ask. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Thanks!”

“Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and happy to help. Breakfast menu had a good choice, I chose a full English, which was lovely. Great choice of beers at the bar, at least six of which are brewed in house. Wonderful. Only stayed one night should have been two just to taste those beers.”

“was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all……

“A very pleasant pub with rooms right in the heart of the very nice market town of Woodbridge. It's on the Thoroughfare which is the main shopping street but not in a noisy part and with relatively little traffic running through it. Parking round the back of the pub is plentiful and free. My room was decorated nicely with all the facilities required for an overnight stay. Had a double aspect which although there was no view as such made it very light and airy. Breakfast buffet was fairly minimal……

“Excellent location in the centre of bury. Car park was easy to find, great safe parking. Staff very helpful from start. Amazing in bar, lots of food, drink choices. Only shame was curtains not fully covering window, being woken up a 7 by bins being rolled around outside! Also after our show finished we went back for s drink at 9.45. The pub was closed, told earlier open till 11. So not sure what happened? Overall a great experience, staff lovely, pub pleasant, room clean tidy. But just not……

“Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath. ”

“Its a nice, quiet hotel. Free parking, they no longer the restaurant so there is no breakfast.”
