「Changed our room with out calling us. Asssumed we needed one bed when reserved a 2 bed room.」

「There was an eleven dollar parking fee on top of the room fee and the room smelled of urine. It was a very strong urine smell that was throughout the entire room and bathroom.」

「We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. 」

「The heat didn’t work , I booked a room with a single queen bed and they wanted to switch us to a room with two beds, there was trash in the lobby, animals outside of hotel and cats in the lobby 」

「AC/Heating unit did not work in room even after telling staff about it. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in even though there was only 1 person ahead of me. Had to park in front and take 2 elevators to take clothes to room. Would not recommend」

「Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property.」
