  • Our home is in the heart of the downtown Memphis entertainment scene. We are located three blocks from the Orpheum, the Civil Rights Museum and FedEx Forum. The Pyramid, Peabody and Beale street are right down the street. You'll find fine dining, local eats and the best BBQ (whether you're a fan of Rendezvous or Central) within a 5 minute walk. With gated parking its easy to hop in the car and make the short 15 minute drive to the airport, STAX Museum, Sun Studios and Elvis' Graceland!

We absolutely loved our stay! What a beautiful, spacious, perfectly decorated home. Kind and responsive owners. We loved that we were just a couple of blocks away from The Orpheum and Beale Street. We wish we could stay longer but we will be back!

This was one of the best rental properties we have stayed. The location is incredibly close to great restaurants and coffee shops. It is walking distance to everything downtown Memphis. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We only spent a weekend here but already looking at when we can do this again.

We had a fantastic stay for my 54th birthdat at this downtown Memphis Townhouse! The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. One of our favorite touches was the great coffee selection, such a nice perk to start the day.The ping pong table was a huge hit and made for some really fun downtime. We also really appreciated the gated parking lot, which made everything so convenient and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better, we were within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and do.The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Memphis!

Graduation Weekend

It was a perfect weekend and the townhouse was just perfect for our stay. Cory was fantastic to work with. A little noisy at times but it adds to the character of the townhouse and the area. We will stay again.

Absolutely perfect

This is the second time I have stayed in this wonderful property. The accommodation large and spacious and is beautifully furnished. It is within walking distance of the Central station, and there is a tram stop across the road. Great location for Beal Street and many other tourist attractions.

Location!

Perfect Location!

This was an absolutely perfect location and very comfortable accommodations for our girls trip. It was an easy (and safe) walk to Beale St, Peabody, Civil Rights Museum, and lots of great shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed having plenty of space to relax when we werent out and about. Also really appreciated the gated parking. The owner met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Amazing space & location!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it's literally THE best for me and my two friends to spend a long weekend for the St. Jude Memphis Marathon. Megan & Cory are great, the off-street gated parking is awesome, the property is spacious, and you can't beat the location! We'll be back!!!
