This is a great property to stay at if you need to be in the Medical District. I selected it for its proximity to the hospital (8 minute walk). The neighborhood is quiet and feels reasonably safe. The unit itself is nice and has just about everything you might need for a short or extended stay. The hosts are extremely accommodating and available. I had to extend several times due to not knowing when my son would be discharged from the hospital and the hosts went out of their way to work with me to make sure I had a place to stay at a reasonable rate. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because while the inside is nice, the outside is badly in need of some care, mostly trash removal from the porch and the front lawn. My son said that was just part of Memphis charm though.
