Great house with beautiful view

We spent 3 nights in this great Mendocino house with a beautiful view of a rocky cove and the ocean. We cooked in every night. The kitchen was top notch. We would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular Views

The views from this home are stunning, not to mention to peace and quiet that exist on this part of the coast. Beautiful home. Would recommend bringing slippers because owner prefers no shoes in the home and there is a lot of tile. Just wish there was more comfortable furniture to better enjoy the outside.

Mendocino cottage

The house is super cute and comfortable for the most part. You do need to know that the shower and bathtub are literally literally sitting inside the master bedroom so there is zero privacy. there are no doors to the master bedroom or to where the sinks are located. there’s also not great window coverings in any of the bedrooms to the morning light pours in. It’s a pretty good location and about seven minutes to Mendocino gorgeous views we had a Fox family that lived in the yard, which was super fun to watch but a little scary too. The fire pit in the backyard is fantastic but the house could really use a barbecue grill .

Mendocino with the fam

Loved this place! The location was great - felt very private, great views of the coast, beautiful sunsets, and convenient access to local parks. The house was roomy for our family - 3 yo, parents, grandparents - to spread out and relax. I docked a star because we had some issues. My son doesn’t like taking showers and we had trouble with the jacuzzi (which is listed as an amenity) - the display to operate it didn’t work and the water temperature wasn’t adjustable so we had to wait hours for it to cool down to take a bath. I would have adjusted the water heater setpoint to be less scalding but it wasn’t accessible. And the plumbing was clunky in general - pipes clanking loudly in the middle of the night, toilets kept running. And there was no ice maker - could you provide a couple of ice cube trays? And there were some things around the house that weren’t quite up to par: one of the exterior doors couldn’t be locked (deadbolt was stuck), an outlet cover was missing (which is concerning with a toddler), the hvac thermostat wasn’t adjustable (got hot in the evening with the sun), the WiFi was spotty, the oven display was very faint and hard to read, and we couldn’t figure out to operate the garbage disposal in the sink. All of these should be improved for future guests!

Amazing views and locations! Several amenities could be improved

Absolutely loved the location, view and privacy. The house is spacious, airy and beautiful but could benefit from several upgrades.
