Pésima atención

Fue una pésima experiencia, conserje que nos recibió era el de turno de noche, si atendió mal y no nos daba soluciones a las inquietudes, el hotel lo estaban remodelando y constante ruido no podíamos descansar ni tener cortinas abiertas pues pasaban los maestros con baldes, tanto reclamar. Si cambiaron la última noche a hotel del lado. No nos dieron ninguna compensación ni las disculpas

Gentil la gente que atiende. La habitación un desastre!! Aire acondicionado viejo, debes llamar para que lo prendan o apaguen, la cortina rota de la ventana, la t.v sin control remoto, baño viejo y básico .

Todo muy bueno, muy agradecidos ante la cordialidad del personal del hotel. Nos preocupó que, al hacer el checkin no tenían nuestra reserva, no hubo comunicacióon de parte de Hoteles.com. Sin embargo, nos dieron una habitación sin problemas ya que había disponibilidad. De lo contrario hubiera sido un inconveniente imprevisto.

Fiz a resrva com vcs e contava 35 dolares por diaria com o desconto no hotel quando fiz o checkout hj eles nao aceitavam dolar e nem me deu o desconto mesmo eu mostrando o preco no aplicativo eles disse que nao se responsabilizam por isso gostaria de saber quem vai me da os 150 reais que paguei a mais pois fui obrigado a fazer o pagamento no cartao e sendo que estava prepara para pagar os 69 dolares que estava no aplicativo.

Impecable en cuanto a limpieza y modos del personal en cuanto al trato. Debería mejorar instalaciones de agua en sanitarios, pues había pérdidas en todos los artefactos de la habitación que nos tocó. Sería bueno también reemplazar TV por Led TV y colocar reposeras en sector pileta, solo hay dos a compartir con el hotel vecino. Muy bueno el desayuno.

Excelente ubicación!!

Fue Muy bien, pero me alojaron en el hotel Princess que está al lado. Un buen desayuno. Una habitación cómoda, con los servicios esenciales. Personal de recepción muy amable. La ubicación excelente con restaurantes y barcitos en los alrededores. A una cuadra de la plaza Independencia, Casino y Teatro. Todo a mano. .

Era un 3 estrellas hace 20 años, y no ha mejorado ni actualizado nada. Tv de tubo es inaceptable, el desayuno “americano” son puras galletitas de 4ta calidad. Las sabanas realmente raspan. Todo eso tiene que mejorar muchisimo. El resto, por el precio, es lo normal.

Cabe aclarar que estuvo todo bien hasta el check-out que no resperaron el contrato con expedia y el cliente. Ya que me cobraron un monto mayor a lo acordado a la pagina de ustedes y encima no fue muy cordial el trato ya que subestimo al cliente en soy yo . Y me senti hablando en criollo. Boludeado. Es lamentable por que el buen sercicio del hotel es opacado por el trato que tuvimos de parte de la administrativa. Esta queja va a ser expresada tambien en la empresa que trabajo por que tiene convenio este hotel.

Un lindo hotel, una buena vista por la ventana y un desayuno completo. Algo para mejorar: tiene un solo tomacorrientes en la habitación y esta junto con la llave de luz, lo cual en muy incomodo, deberían habilitar uno o dos más cerca de las camas.

Es muy buen hotel en todo. Solo pediria que cambien las almohadas y revisen el olor a cloacas en las habitaciones. El personal y la atención son destacables.
