Despite being an old construction, the hotel is very well preserved. The staff is very cordial and friendly. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel and its restaurants are not either. The breakfast buffet for $35 dollars is too expensive for what is offered.

Para família não tem muitas opções.
Não recomendaria como um hotel para família. O spa atende público externo e não aceita crianças: possuindo apenas hidromassagem p homens e mulheres separadas. O hotel é um 5 estrelas mas não tem espaço kids. A piscina externa é fria mesmo no verão. O hotel não tem opção p crianças.

The service is excellent. All the staff members were amazing. Food was great at the hotel also. The hotel is in perfect location, walking distance to beautiful park, top notch restaurants and wine shops. Mendoza is a beautiful city. We stayed at this hotel twice and it didn’t disappoint.

Good location with excellent dining options within walking distance. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional, overall a good place to stay. If I have to mention something that needs improvement it would be the pool furniture that it is old and decaying.

Best HQ for exploring Mendoza
We stayed a total of 4 nights and would definitely return. Service was great all around but especially at the hotel bar with Federico and Augustin making high class cocktails. They are very talented. The bathroom was spacious and included a nice tub and very big shower. It's perfectly located in the center of town which is very convenient

Fiquei hospedada durante 9 dias no hotel no período do ano novo, de 26.12 a 04.01… Tudo foi perfeito, quarto muito amplo, sempre arrumado, atendimento dos funcionários impecável, sempre com um sorriso no rosto, comidas muito gostosas, academia boa tb! Só a piscina que achei pequena para a estrutura do hotel. Tirando isso, foi tudo muito bom! A festa de Réveillon foi muito boa! Estadia super tranquila
