“In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes……

“The setting was exceptional in the midst of the vinyards. The quality of the setting and the buildings. Beautiful artwork. Well separated rooms. Beautiful pool, and a restaurant with excellent food and an exceptional setting.”

“O Hotel é uma graça, com a recepção em uma casa rústica com ares do campo. Porém os quartos estão em uma instalação nova, sendo que o quarto é gigante. Ficamos em um com dois ambientes, separados com parede e porta, ficando assim com privacidade. Caberiam quatro pessoas com comodidade e ainda sobraria espaço. Outro ponto alto é a vista lindíssima, com o por do sol para a cordilheira e parreiral. Acomodações e banheiro limpo, tudo muito bem cuidado. O jardim tem, além de mais um parreiral, ávores……

“We had 2 nights here and didn't want to leave! It was like finding a piece of paradise - set in beautiful gardens, listening to the wildlife, complete tranquility. The staff were so lovely and the chef was exceptional, so much so we ate dinner there both nights. ”

If you are using their transport be sure to confirm times as we often found ourself waiting but overall fantastic stay!
