We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. Anyone could have come in the room not very safe for my children and I.”

“Beatiful appartment in a nice and quiet and very clean area. The view from the balcony is superb. Just walking to the supermarket and pizzaria makes it even more comfortable. Also lying that close to the lake makes trips very easy.”

“Reception staff ask for deposit 400€ and promises send straight back when we move out. But when i give back keys, guy who check challet say all is good and clean, nothing to broken etc. He say - reception madam today are off but i see you paid deposit and all papers are there. Tommorow she come to work, and see papers, and send back your deposit. We are back already 3 days and we dzīvē till home 22 hr, i try to contact - send message- ask about deposit... but still noone not answer and i not……

“The property is really ok but nothing more. It is 10 min drive to Annecy but I think I was expecting a bit more based on the informations on Expedia. Would I go there again not sure but ok value for money.”

“A perfect property, in a perfect location. We travelled by train to Annecy and it was a very easy, less than 10 minute walk to arrive at the accommodation. The apartment makes you feel like you are in the heart of the old town but has all the modern conveniences and is wonderfully decorated. Everything you would want is nearby. Although the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, this didn’t feel an issue and it was 36 degrees when we stayed. There are fans provided, large windows providing……

“The location is brilliant and with a boulangerie underneath the apt, the smell in the stair well is yum! The apt itself is awesome, a great space and very clean except the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, or one adult. The linen is very tired and needs to be replaced, it would also be could to have basic useful supplies in the kitchen. ”
