「It was a good location, and had a good bathroom but that is where it stopped.
They also penalized me for booking the wrong day even after making the request to change days, which was to book the next day. I had also prepaid for the day booked. So paid for two days and only stayed for one!」

Parking was difficult.
A female staff member that works during the day is very rude and was not helpful at all with any of our questions. It was as if we were bothering her.
The afternoon and evening staff were wonderful. Helped with parking and just general questions.」

「The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is truly original with the biggest " cheese dome" in the world.
The big problem I had was that the rooms are not equipped with a mini bar which is a must at any time of the year but more so during a heat wave. I was upgraded to a room with a tiny fridge and no alcohol in it. There was no vending machine either. The underground parking is very convenient with a direct elevator to the reception area.」

「The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful.
They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then...
