The room was clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast in the room and we did not notice until the morning. I went and told the manager and he was upset and very helpful. When we got back to the room from going out they had been in and cleaned and fill up with breakfast and tea sugar coffee & milk.

Located in prime area, this old motel is in desperate need of an update. I was not expecting five star accommodation, as this was a discount price for Merimbula, but there are a lot of basic improvements that can be made.

It s cheap and very central but , Very rundown, every tap leaks, ants everywhere, all the beds are worn out and it is desperately in need of a makeover. The front of house staff do their best but you would only stay there once.
