The home was completely renovated in 2022! It is located across from Lake Wisconsin with a modern open floor plan, lake views, and a large front deck. The basement rec room includes a second living space and a ping pong table. The free Merrimac Ferry is within walking distance or a short drive away. Devil's Lake State Park and the Ice Age Trail are nearby. There are many options for restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas, and Wisconsin Dells is a 30-minute drive away. There are endless areas to explore to enjoy year-round activities!

Located in the quaint village of Merrimac, one block from Lake Wisconsin, and five blocks from the free Merrimac Ferry. In a family friendly neighborhood with sidewalks, yet feels private on all sides of the property. Walking distance to Merrimac Memorial Park with dock for fishing, a playground, and panoramic lake views.

Relax on the large front deck overlooking the community baseball diamond and Lake Wisconsin. In warmer months, a four person outdoor dining table with an umbrella and also four tall deck chairs are available.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, stovetop/oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, cooking sheets, casserole dishes, slow cooker, coffee maker (12-cup drip and Keurig combo), and toaster. There is an outdoor charcoal grill for guest use (bring your own charcoal and fluid).

Main level full bathroom with tub/shower and essentials (bath/hand towels, washcloths, TP, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).

The basement rec room includes an additional living space and TV, work desk, a ping pong table, and a putting green mat. There is also a washer and dryer and a quarter bathroom (toilet only, utility sink is around the corner in laundry space).

In the living room, there is a Samsung smart TV with YouTubeTV streaming app, along with various games and puzzles for your entertainment. There is also a smart TV in the basement rec room.

Living room - two sleeper sofas (queen and twin)
All bedding and linens are provided.

Access to the 2-car garage is included. Securely park two vehicles in the garage with any additional gear that you bring. Note the garage door has a 7 ft height clearance. The driveway can fit another two vehicles.

Many options for restaurants, bars, supper clubs, wineries, and breweries in the immediate and surrounding areas. You can also walk to a nice hometown bar just half a block away!

Guests will have access to the entire property other than a locked supply closet in the basement.
