Lots of room! Kitchen was amazing for cooking and gathering. Pool was perfect and outside area very spacious for gathering! Very easy to get to beaches in the areas as well as Orlando.

Great stay on Merritt Island

Perfect house for our need fit everyone comfortably and the property has plenty space and places to chill in the yard. Definitely, would recommend this property if you are planning to be anywhere near the space coast. Host was super responsive and ready to answer any question or address any need. Bonus no clean up required, just pack and go. So refreshing. We'll be back

Prefect spot for daughters wedding

Our daughter got married and this was the prefect location for some of the family from Maine, South Carolina and Alabama to stay together. When we were not involved with wedding festivities our younger family members greatly enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is big enough to have 3-4 people working and not running into each other. One evening we were able to host a dinner and invite more family. The outside seating and dining area was just prefect for that. Any time I had a question, the owner Tim, always responded quickly and helped with all our needs. We would highly recommend this place, especially if you would like to gather with family or friends, just to chill or take in some of the incredible sights in the area.

Reunion

Planning a reunion is very hard from the beginning, looking for accommodations is top of the stress list. We came upon this location and it suited all our needs. It offered plenty of room to spread out, enough sleeping space where nobody felt uncomfortable. The outdoor pool & gathering area was nice for day & night use. The outdoor kitchen helped greatly in cooking for so many people. If you have a large group or just a few, you will not be disappointed with this home.

Great House!

Great house! LOVE LOVE LOVED the TWO kitchens! All top of the line appliances! A chef's dream! All bedrooms were very nicely done. Clean, Spacious, lovely decor. Nice backyard with heated pool, Gas grill, outdoor entertainment areas. Fenced yard. Host was most gracious, great communication and availability to answer any and all questions. Best House Ever

Timothy is the best, most trustworthy, honest man and the only one I will rent with in the further! House was exactly as described and clean. We came here for a men’s adult softball Worlds tournament and fit our whole team perfectly. Plus enough bathroom everyone could get ready at the same time. Huge plus for the ladies, haha! 2 kitchen and the most amazing back yard ever!

Cocoa beach vacay!

We had an amazing time and the house was so homey! Everything was well stocked, the pool felt amazing and kept the kids busy. We really enjoyed the back yard space to grill out and the next door neighbor was very friendly! Tim was very responsive and quick to address anything we asked. The house is very spacious and all the beds we’re comfortable. The shower and water pressure was great. All the appliances worked wonderful. No complaints at all and will definitely stay here again if we travel this way in the future! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Making Wonderful Memories

Although our trip to Merritt Island was to attend a funeral for our Aunt Sue Head our choice in the VRBO property was OUTSTANDING!! The property is all that it said it was and MORE. Our family had the ability to be together and YET we each had our own space when we needed it. The backyard had everything that someone could ask for swimming in the private pool, cooking, sunning, watching TV or swinging. It was wonderful. The inside of the home was even better with bedrooms and bathrooms galore. There was no need for waiting in line for a bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped oh did I mention BOTH kitchens. Yes, with the number of family members we had we needed both kitchens. This wasn't just a house it felt like a home to us, believe me we will be back. A special 'thank you' to Cassidy who is a member of the Property Management Team. She responded to all of my texts quickly and provided us with such care during our stay. As a side note Cassidy became my sister's best friend...my sister Cheryl ALWAYS travels with her favorite well-seasoned cast iron skillet (she makes the most wonderful breakfast meals that we all enjoy!!!). Cheryl left her skillet when we left the home. Cassidy was kind enough to go to the house, find the skillet, and then meet me the following week so I could deliver it to GA where Cheryl was anxiously awaiting its arrival. Thank you to Tim (home owner) and his daughters for having such a fantastic home that they share thru VRBO. Debbie

The owners are extremely responsive and attentive, but not overbearing or interfering. The house is great for a large family gathering and has a good separation of space, with several gathering spots for games and hanging out. The driveway is large and will accommodate many vehicles. Also we loved that they did not ask us to pre-clean the house before we left - it made the end of our stay much less stressful!
