“Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und das Bett für 2 Erwachsene kaum zu beschlafen. Das Fenster kann man nur 30 cm öffnen also Sehr heiss die Klimaanlage hat nicht gunktioniert. Die Terasse sowie die gute Entfernung sind voll ok also um den Preis hätten wir sich mehr erwartet”

“Do not trust these guys. This property was advertised as available next day for a one night stay so I paid my booking fee in good faith. When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:- 1. Reservations needed to be made earlier. 2. One night stays were not allowed 3. They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so……

“Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We were a family group with 79 year old Grandmother so downstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom was perfect. The host had left essentials for us like tea, coffee and biscuits which were great after a 5 hour drive. The whole house was beautiful and it was wonderful having dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. (Kids had wet clothes from splash zones in central London so we could wash clothes and hang out to dry.) Everything, sheets, towels, etc were clean……

“Excellent VRBO experience!The property was entirely "As Advertised" and perfect for our party of 5-adults.There was mention of a "recent renovation"...and the results are outstanding! All the fixtures and finishes are absolutely gorgeous.It's a bit of a walk (10 minutes) but transport, groceries and restaurants are all nearby. The staff at the Fox and Hounds (nearby pub) were so welcoming to us as well.However, it's easy to identify the BEST part of our visit: The Host's communication.We landed……

“Need more glassware in the kitchen. Need good instructions for the kitchen appliances for people who are not from the UK and don’t know exactly how these work. Need a bit more clarity on the bedroom and bathroom set up. Need to include that the property does have an elevator that goes up to the third level.”
