The host was communicative and our check in and out was smooth- loved all the bedrooms. We cooked Christmas meals in the flat and had everything we needed! “This two-up-two-down house was clean, neat, tidy, warm and had everything we needed in it. There were a couple of corner shops near by that were fine for the bits and pieces we needed for home-from-home cooking and there was a friendly church a few minutes drive away in Windsor for a Sunday morning service.”

“It was not all bad, but we will not return. Keybox was jammed was not available for use. Most beds were worn out and offered poor nights sleep. Few amenities with only bare minimum for guests. Upon arrival, our allotment for 9 days was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 roll toilet tissue each. Had to purchase paper towels, linens and supplies for kitchen. Provided were sample sizes of toiletries. On plus side, close to bus (not tube) and close to coop grocery. Heat, electricity, water, and……

“Really nice stay. Located very nicely between Paddington and Notting Hill. Easy check-in & check-out process. Had washing machine, fridge, full kitchen, cutlery, hairdryer , iron & board , wifi , clean towels. Very nice stay, would recommend. The stairs to front door are steep so be careful especially if carrying heavy luggage. Found it difficult to open the lock with the keys, had to give it a few tries. Not very soundproofed from upstairs, can be noisy and even at night. All of above……

“The house was amazing - we were a family of 11 from Australia (grown up children and their family and us (grandparents). We had a long stay (almost 4 weeks). The hosts ensured we had everything we needed. The location, just near Waterloo and across from Westminster, meant that we were quick to public transport and able to move around both the city and outer areas. There are shops close by and we can see the top of the London eye (within walking distance). If we had any concerns, the Hosts were……

“Arrived 5 pm on a dark rainy evening with my two young teenage boys to find none of the beds were made up when I questioned the agent City Relay they informed me there was a pest issue and relocated us to a far inferior property and stated their policy is not to refund their clients with the difference between the superior and inferior property. The property actually looks really nice unfortunately the agent running the place stank and I will make a point of not booking anything that they manage……
