"Nice clean hotel staff nice"

"I was very disappointed with this stay. From the reviews and what amenities were listed on Expedia, I expected more. I had to talk to a manager several times just to get basic needs met including a clean room and still, wasn’t really paid attention to. I also noticed there was a significant difference in how European travelers were treated vs. minority travelers which I do not stand for or accept. It seemed like the rules were enforced more on guests that fall under minorities while white guests were able to do what they wanted. I also witnessed a fight at the from desk between a staff member and a family checking in which I thought was unprofessional and showed the immaturity and lack of experience of staff. "

"City hotel is perfectly located to amenities and public transport. Spacious clean rooms. Tea/coffee/milk/kettle and cold bottled water in fridge was an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable. No noise heard from the street and very peaceful at night. First hotel I've been to where i didn't hear doors banging and noise from other rooms. Breakfast was also very nice and plentiful. Very friendly and helpful at reception too. Would stay here again"
