"I thought my stay was very nice. I was so tired, I just ate and went to sleep. Breakfast was not what I expected. Did have some coffee, egg, sausage, bowl of cereal and a yogurt. Guess that was enough."

"Beautiful home and location. Unable to use the grill or the pool. The grill was very thilthy, broken wheels, no proprane. The pool had many bees making it difficult to swim. Phil really made all efforts to help but was limited on what he could do. He was very apologetic, but great communication and responsive . Again, beautiful home and Phil really tried to attend to our issues. I do appreciate his efforts."

"You know how sometimes when you are searching for locations, you wonder about the accuracy of the photos? Not these pictures! I thought that a 1 bedroom, 1 bath couldn't possibly have wide open spaces, as the picture shows. But these pictures were accurate. We had plenty of room for 2 adults. We could have added a third, but the couch is not a sofa bed and sleeping would have been interesting.The host was easy to work with and responded quickly to any concerns.Rocking K is a nice neighborhood. The use of the garage is a nice feature. This is not a stand alone property. You do share walls with another tenant."
