“Incredible staff.”

“We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier……

Il personale nonostante fosse ridotto al minimo ha cercato di fare bene il suo lavoro sempre. Niki alla reception è stata fantastica! Ci torneremo sicuramente.piccolo consiglio generale per l'isola...appena potete affittate un mezzo di trasporto per visitare le spiagge vicine come Dafni beach che sono bellissime”

“Lovely Stay, had a sea view deluxe room and it was lovely, Staff very Frand helpful especially Yannis and Eva, granddaughter loved the big pool and small pool, pool towels provided which was a bonus, Breakfast was fine always something to eat and yes it can be the same every day but wasn't an issue for us, we will be back 😀”

“The hotel itself is nice. But there is nothing surrounding the hotel. You have to take a taxi anywhere you go. I asked if they could call a taxi for me, the taxi they called charged double compared to the taxi I took on my way back. I made transfer arrangements for both arrival and departure prior to my arrival and when I got to the airport the hotel failed to make arrangements for my transfer so I had to take a taxi. The two receptionists seemed to be bothered anytime I asked something. A……

“Di per sé la struttura non è male, ma l’opzione all inclusive è assolutamente da evitare! Durante il nostro soggiorno partecipavamo solo alla cena ed era veramente pessima! Al contrario la colazione era a livello di un 4 stelle. Peccato!”

“Lovely resort with water park which keep kids busy and entertained. It has its own sandy beach and several pools to relax. Food with good variety and of good quality. Overall we had a great stay and we recommend it for families”
