Heated Pool at Turtle Cove Sleeps 12

Experience luxury in our 5-bedroom home that sleeps 12, 7 separately. It offers a private HEATED POOL, hot tub, and putting green, with NO EXTRA CHARGES. Please note that the heater stops heating when outside temps fall below 45°F. Lounge on the Baja bench, enjoy indoor gatherings in the spacious living room or private time in bedrooms with streaming TV. Family dinners are easy with a stocked kitchen, grill, and options for seating. Bring your loved ones and enjoy this luxurious retreat.

* We have a camera in the garage to prevent theft. There is also one at the front entryway. No cameras are in any living areas, indoor or outdoor.

Outdoor Space -
This NO SMOKING/NO PETS ($500 fine), beautifully maintained property sits on a corner lot in a quiet, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood. In the morning, sip your coffee on the front patio or share breakfast together with the entire group at our large outdoor table. A fun putting green is ready for the competitive types. Those that want to chill a bit can find their way to soak in the hot tub, visit around the fire pit while enjoying the sunset, or float in the heated, clear blue pool. With a basketball hoop, floating toys, and ample deck seating, our pool is ready for fun. A propane grill is offered for cookouts and there is plenty of shade to retreat. Pockets of privacy create numerous options for outdoor entertainment.

Interior Space -
Your getaway will be unique and comfortable in our beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom home. With 5 bedrooms and 7 beds there is plenty of room for all. The primary bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with walk-in closet. A second bedroom has another king and the third bedroom/office has a large queen sized sofa sleeper. The fourth bedroom with a queen. The fifth bedroom with a convertible bed that can either be 2 twin single beds OR a king. The living room has a queen sleeper as well. Each room is tastefully decorated with special touches. This home is perfect for a family, several couples, or group of friends. An open spaced kitchen, dining area, and living room allows lots of together time. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, streaming TVs, and privacy. The kitchen is stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and all the kitchenware you would have at home. Our double car garage is a huge plus as is the driveway and street parking.

Turtle cove is nestled in a quiet neighborhood north of the freeway. On a corner lot, there is plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and street. There is close access to the casinos, ball fields, rec center, grocery store and more. Beautiful sunsets and morning walks can be enjoyed right outside your doors. Nestled amongst the deserts beautiful bluffs, this neighborhood is a gem.
