The hotel was ok. It is a reconditioned Holiday Inn on the room side so don't be fooled by the updated convention center they have added. Once you get into the hotel part of the hotel you get the old school low ceilings and tired look of the original hotel. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It appears from pictures behind the front desk, that the hotel is significantly upgrading the pool area which would be welcome, but again the rooms themselves are small feeling. If I was in Mesquite again, I would look to find a hotel that feels more open and new in the actual hotel room.

Booked a garden area . Door was locked and was unable to access it due to construction but still paid extra for the room . Construction started at 7 AM and woke us up after a long night of traveling .

This appears to be a new property, which is great, except not everything is completed. There’s a new pool area that looks like it will be amazing once it’s done, but still under construction. The tv had no programming on it, so that wasn’t great. We had five of us staying in the bunk bed room, which is very small and the bunks look very unfinished, made with particle board. It was clean and worked fine, but the beds were very hard. The breakfast was only included for 2 of us, so we had to pay for the rest of us, and it wasn’t worth what we paid - just okay. The staff was friendly.

Good place to stay. Room and common areas were clean. Staff were friendly but sounded a little like they were having a rough day. But not rude. I spilled a drink in the hallway and found two separate members of the cleaning crew to advise them. The spill was not cleaned up when I let the next day, approximately 12 hours after I told them. Breakfast was good, warm and plentiful. I was asked by my friends if I would stay there again and I most assuredly would.

Nothing advertised for amenities was open. The arcade, pool, pickleball courts etc. were all closed. I picked this hotel for my kids and they coulnt enjoy anything the hotel advertised. the shower has a continuous flow of water and the rooms and building barley have air conditioning. The wallas are paper thin. The beds are hard as a rock. All that and then charge you 13 bucks per person for breakfast. The virgin river which is comperable to a motel 6 is way nicer than this place.

Lots of kids here-sports programs.big place-pretty lobby-kids running around playing tag. restaurant did not have much to offer. We missed breakfast that I paid for on Expedia because we left super early -I asked for refund on breakfast. Young woman at front desk who seemed ill-coughing blowing nose-said no credit as I booked through 3rd party!Not a great stay as our room overlooked busy road-paving crew started at 3 am-about 10 big trucks & a paver!!
