- Picturesque 132m2 villa on a spacious 750m2 plot with a pool where abundant vegetation will ensure your relaxation.
Located in the center of Messanges, in a very quiet neighborhood, close to shops, bike paths, Lake Moissan, and 2.5 km from the ocean. It will provide you with the comfort you seek for your relaxing vacation. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms: two rooms each with a queen-size bed, and two rooms each with two single beds. A spacious, comfortable, and bright living room overlooking a fully equipped open kitchen with new appliances, including an induction stove. Large-screen TV, high-speed WIFI, air conditioning, and new washing machine and dryer.
The garden and its lush vegetation feature a heated pool, a covered terrace, a grilling area, and outdoor furniture for maximum enjoyment.
Messanges, near the villages of Léon, Moliets, Vieux Boucau, Soustons, in the heart of the Landes forest and close to the ocean, offer a multitude of activities, walks, and visits. Your host Samuel will be delighted to reveal its secrets."
