“We arrived at the hotel very excited and were truly impressed by the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Sometimes everything is perfect, sometimes just average, and usually small inconveniences can be overlooked. However, in this case our stay in Room 3 was extremely difficult, and we left without having slept. The main issue was the noise level in the room. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. “This is a very special place in Sicily! The location and quality of the facilities is excellent and extremely tasteful. Alessadro, Julia and the whole team very attentive! You can hang on the grounds and find plenty of spots to relax in and walk around the grounds and vineyards with excellent views of Etna and northern mountains and hills--gorgeous.
