I wanted to thank those who worked here, especially the lady who spoke English at the front desk. We were very out of our comfort zone. My mother had just come out of 7 days in an Italian hospital with no English. The cleaning ladies help us feel very welcome. They are super lovely towards us. Even though there was a language barrier. The restaurant staff should be promoted as managers as the waiters and waitresses tried very hard to give good service. Managers at the time needed to be fired.

Terrible experience

A terrible place. The a/c did not work and they don't bother fixing it. The windows would not shut properly. The staff were terrible and do not care about any customer service.

Tra lago e mare

Ottima location in uno dei posti più suggestivi di Messina tra i laghi di Ganzirri e il mare di Capo Peloro dove c'è il "Pilone", siamo nella punto della Sicilia più vicino alla Calabria. La struttura è molto confortevole, grandi spazi, piscina bella e pulita, ombrelloni e sdraio molto comodi, colazione abbondante e varia, stanza molto confortevole, unico neo la doccia con la tendina in plastica che oltretutto faceva allagare il bagno.

La struttura è molto bella, dispone anche di una spiaggetta privata molto curata con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti. Il personale è molto gentile. I miei complimenti in particolare alla Signora addetta alle colazioni, che richiamava puntualmente chiunque fosse senza mascherina. Brava!
