「I reserved a room through Expedia then called the hotel to confirm and was told by a very stressed woman that there were no rooms available and they were 25 rooms overbooked and that’s not always reflected on a third party website. It took me another hour to call Expedia and wait for them to call the hotel to finally get my money refunded for a non-existent room that I had literally just reserved a half hour earlier for friends that were stranded at the airport. Not a great experience.」
