「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。」

「The hotel is perfectly positioned in the old city area a short walk to bars/cafes/restaurants and all of the principle monuments but not so close to be disturbed by traffic or bar noise. 「未入住前已安排好了登記及發出電子鎖匙，到步後就可以立刻進入房間，放下行李，稍作休息後就係可外出遊覽。省卻了一般酒店登記入住的時間。另外，可能是遇上了一星期清潔房間時間，清潔了一次房間覺得挺意外！而且地點方便，但又清靜。有兩間浴室，又有黑膠唱片機。唯一缺點是在一樓而只有樓梯，但對住本人來說問題不大。總括來說，物超所值。」
