"My overall stay was great. The staff is so kind and helpful. I think the kitchen in the apartment could have been a bit cleaner. Also, I think you need to repaint the walls. This would make a huge difference. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again. Number 25 on the 12th floor was my favorite apartment."

RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan

RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan

10/10 Excellent
"I traveled with my family to RIS Dalma and had a wonderful experience! The host was super responsive, the place was very clean, and the entire staff—whether at the front desk, reception, housekeeping, or breakfast—were incredibly kind, positive, caring, and respectful. We especially loved Hasmic, Edward, and another lovely lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask. They were all so welcoming and helpful. They were even kind enough to prepare breakfast to go for us on our checkout day since we had to leave very early in the morning for the airport. The restaurant staff were also amazing—always friendly, kind, and attentive. The only minor thing I would mention is that we were a group of four and were given just one room key. However, this wasn't an issue for us at all since we usually went out together. The location is also fantastic! It's right across from Dalma Garden Mall, which has a huge supermarket where you can find pretty much everything you need. Republic Square is about 10 minutes or less away by Yandex, and the hotel is also conveniently close to the airport. Overall, we had such a pleasant experience throughout our stay. What really stood out to me was the warmth and kindness of the people working there. They genuinely made us feel welcome and comfortable. If I travel to Yerevan again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book RIS Dalma again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!"
