“Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day.”

“Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two……
