Persönliche jemanden zu erreichen ist nicht ganz einfach, aber per E-Mail wurde Sogar am Feiertag nach wenigen Minuten freundlich reagiert. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man braucht, zwei kleine Balkone, der vordere mit schöner Nachmittagssonne, geben eine weitere Dimension. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt, was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist. Die Küche ist gut……

“Lage direkt am Deutschen Tor, sehr zentral, eine Parkgarage fussläufig erreichbar. Die Whg war in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Ein Französischer Balkon war dabei. An sich war alles OK. Die Räume sind nacheinander eingereiht wie im Zug. Die Toilette auf einem Ende und der Waschbecken an einem anderen Ende der Wohnung. Somit durchläuft man die Küche und das Wohnzimmer um die Hände zu waschen. In der Küche lässt sich die Spülmaschine nur im ca 65 Grad Winkel öffnen - sonst rammt man mit deren Tür die……

“This property was a challenge to get into and an even bigger challege to work out the parking as the parking pass wasn't left for us, but the location, the cleanliness and quality of the apartment itself, and the views were so perfect we would stay there again. “Accueil du propriétaire très agréable. Appartement très bien situé,restauré avec goût, en duplex. Escalier avec des marches irrégulières et un peu difficile. Appartement très calme et clair donnant sur une cour intérieure avec parking privatif. Nous avons eu une longue conservation avec le propriétaire au sujet du parking, car dans l'annonce il n'était indiqué à aucun moment qu'il était payant.Privatif ne veux pas dire payant sinon on donne le prix de la nuitée du parking dans l'annonce. Sinon……
