“Pros: Clear instructions for arrival and access. The place is very clean, well equipped, and the location is unbeatable. Cons: It is too small—once you pull the bed out of the sofa, there is no space left to walk. I’ve hit my head countless times; if you are claustrophobic, this is not the place for you. “Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. The floor was covered in construction paper as there was work ongoing to replace pipe. One day water was shut off. There was……

“The hosts were really welcoming, they have video guides and helpful communication through out the stay. The flat has everything you need like a washing machine, a microwave, kettle, etc. The apartment is very spacious and quiet as the window look out to an inner courtyard. Both the bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. Thanks!”

“The the kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer.with extra garbage bag provided.the bathroom is clean and with strong water pressure and centralized water heater.with lots of large size towels and the towel dryer/warmer is working.the door lock is well secured and with 2 other coded entry door going inside the building.the room is located in the first floor.the address is located few meters to food establishments(mcDo),church,grocery store and train station/bus stop.the only thing……

“Eine stark renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung:Waschbecken im Bad mit defektem Abfluss, anderer Waschtisch mit ekeligen gelben Flecken, im Patio ein zerschlagener Holzstuhl, marode Türstöcke...Unklar, wie es zu den guten Bewertungen kam! Nur die Betten waren gut.Dazu zwar stufenloser Zugang zu Wohnung (Rollstuhl), aber sehr enger Zugang zur Dusche mit 1 Stufe. Nach einer Nacht sind wir ins Hotel geflohen! Leider war der Besitzer nicht bereit, im Preis nachzulassen - trotz der Beweisfotos.”

“Quiet neighborhood and easy to access metro stations nearby. It can be a bit small for more than 2 people but all the other reviews and the listing are transparent about the apartment size and it was as we expected. Also very easy to communicate with the hosts and got very quick responses!”
