"I always stay at this hotel when traveling in and out of CDMX. It has consistently been a good experience: convenient, comfortable, and reliable. However, on my most recent stay, the room had some maintenance issues that affected the experience. I hope the hotel addresses them soon, as it's otherwise a place I'm happy to keep coming back to."
