“Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful”

“I had such a warm welcome from the staff, I knew immediately I had made the right choice with Casa Collins. This was as I barely got through the door! I also knew just from arriving that I probably wouldn’t want to leave, and I didn’t ! I felt so at home and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. The location is perfect, the property is beautifully and has tasteful decor. All staff were happy and accommodating. This is going to be my stay of choice next time I go to South Beach as much as……

“This hotel was quite a lovely surprise. It is right by the beach, but I didn’t hear the commotion on Ocean Drive. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and a very nice size. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was simply a lovely stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also very good. I would absolutely return for my next trip to Miami.”

“Construction area at the time we stayed. We stayed for the beach and was very very close to the beach as well as Lincoln Road. It was a great location. The rooms are really cute. Please note there is a resort fee which I was not aware of. However, the resort fee does cover an umbrella and two beach chairs so that was worth it. We would stay again.”
