The location, space and view are great but unfortunately the management is so poor. I would really want to give it one star rating if it were not because of the spectacular view. What a shame! This place could be a tourist hotspot, but judging from the 6 empty nice Pickleball courts, I know the occupancy rate is very low. Poor Management does kill Business. I don’t think anyone would like to go back.Our ocean view suite offers a spectacular ocean view spacious two bedrooms, two baths and a large balcony. It was impressive when entering, but it wentvdownhill really quick. Two cigarette buds were still under the balcony table with ashes on the floor., I went back to the room ,picked up the phone to call the front desk. Surprise, the phone was not even connected, It was just for show. There were no washcloth. I went down to the front desk ,was told to get them from the laundry service.. I had to walk through a very dirty area to get to the laundry service and had to deal with two people who cannot speak English. When I managed to get myself understood, I was only given two washcloths for five people, and they refused to give me more. When I asked for more regular towels , they also refused. The kitchen utensils , cups ,plates ,mugs are very few and there are no wine glasses, no paper towel ,no detergent no coffee, or any other necessities. The coffee maker lid was broken and hanging, the fridge bin was broken. There was absolutely zero service for our 7 day stay.
