Awful experience

Electric cables loose dangerous ill fitted Light fittings unsafe worked sporadically Air-com held in wall by string Smoke alarm sounded 4am owner removed no replacements- at risk two days Shower brojen after two days not fixed for two days do no shower possibilities Came home one day and secure door open although we had previously locked An intrudet on the premises - no security. Easy access from street. Cockroaches in cupboards. Overall a poor experience. Owner spoke little English, offered fresh towels toilet rolls last two days after nearly three week stay. We would like book with Vrgo again but unlikely. We would ideally like 4-5 day’s compensation for our poor experience from you please. The accommodation has great potential but needs major attention from you. Please consider a refund. James Harvey
