No hot water, Shela at the front desk was very rude and refused to give me the managers name claiming she was in charge of the entire hotel, I complained about condition and she claimed since I booked through Expedia it “wasn’t her problem”. The air conditioner leaked and my wife feel and hurt her leg, on top of soaking all of our clothes and luggage. And the TVs did not work in the room, even after Matinence reset then TVs, the only worked for a couple hours. It was an absolute nightmare. I have video evidence of all of the issues, and wish to speak to the hotel manager immediately.
