Terrible experience. Stayed at this hotel with my family of 5 we booked two rooms. The experience was not what we expected. There is no lobby desk no customer service or assistance. You basically do your own check in through a QR code without any support or human interaction. The rooms were pretty clean but the air conditioning system is incredibly loud during tge night that you can't sleep. No joke tge fan only works if the light is on so basically you need to shut it off at night unless you want the light on and the outside noise from all the young crowd, cars and motorcycles makes it impossible to sleep. Not to mention that hotel the played club music at 7:00am. By day second day I had lost my mind after not sleeping for two nights. I mentioned all these inconveniences to a hotel staff member and was told that they would send maintenance to see what the problem was. They never followed up with me and byvthat tume I was ready to check out. A virtual check out that is. Again no one to talk to about checking out other then a QR code. I give it a 2 out of 5 stars.
