Stayed here from June 25th, 2025 for 4 nights, I stayed on the 24th floor, in a King Suite. The location is nice, walking distance to the restaurants and supermarket. There is a free train that takes you around. Access to the train is less than 3 minutes walk. I felt safe at nights. The rooms need attention. I am a clean freak and in examining the counters and surfaces I had issues with the cleaning standards. House keeping replenished towels without being asked and that sat well with me. The front office staff needs training on customer friendliness, except for Mariano (hope I got his name correct). He resolved a major problem I had with my room and did so quite apologetically, which met my standards and expectations. Lyn on the other hand, needs to work on her body language and attitude towards people of color, this also holds true for the person that initially checked me in whose name I never got, as he did not wear a tag but I suspect he is a Manager. He was very curt and unwelcoming. Breakfast was horrible, the selection was poor, the standard and quality low and the overall preparation lacked care.
