Beautiful Apartment A++++
Beautiful clean apartment in a quiet building. I chose this place over others because of the awesome seating area on the balcony. Most places only had a basic little patio table and chair set. This place has a cute patio chair swing and little L-shaped couch. The view from the balcony is beautiful, quiet and ocean view, I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony and got some beautiful pictures on the chair swing. The king size bed is very comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensil you could possibly need. Communication with the owner went smooth, and they responded quickly when I had questions. I messaged the owner last minute before my trip to see if I could add an extra day. I received a response immediately and was able to add an extra day to my reservation. I rented a car and utilized the parking spot in the garage. Parking is kind of a pain as the spot was on the 10th floor, it takes about 10 minutes to get in and out of the parking garage as the turns to each level are extremely tight. However, after a couple days, you get used to it. There are restaurants within walking distance, and CVS and 7-Eleven are right next door. This apartment exceeded my expectations. I’m in Miami quite often so I will definitely rent from them again the next time I’m in Miami. I had a wonderful week stay, thank you!!!!
