Room is in ok condition, bathroom feels dirty every where you look at the shower has mold everywhere! The weekend I stayed the temperatures dropped to the 30 degrees and I wasn’t able to turn on the heater, room was very cold I also contacted who ever was in charge to see if they could give me an electric heater or extra blankets and no answer!

The location is the best part with this studio/hotel. So close to the ocean and a pool for the kids who find the salty water to salty. Public parking close @ alison park and indian creek drive (much cheaper than the hotels paringspots). If you plan to have quality time in your apartment, then you might get disappointed. Because its a plain room with no extra (ok maby the ocean view counts as extra)

Nice area, pool was great, the studio did not supply enough towels for 4 people, not even a wash/face cloth to wash my face, nor 4 beach/pool towels. I contacted and owner and they never sent anything.

I went to Casa Blanca to celebrate my daughter’s 10 birthday. The pics online is nothing how the place looks like. My room was old with old furniture. The bathroom’s roof needs to be fixed, we almost got stuck in the elevator. I like the area, great options to eat. The pool was great and the accessibility to the beach. However, I’ll not choose this place next time.

Property owner was very gracious, but the hotel staff (valet, security, registration) were rude, unhelpful and would say they didn't know to every question we asked. The area is accommendating for walking to restaurants, entertainment, the beach, etc just don't drive because parking is non-existing
