Well located hotel within walking distance to Ocean Drive. The room was comfortable and quiet. It’s a pity that the restaurant and bar is not operating currently, would be lovely to enjoy drinks there. Otherwise was the perfect stay for us as we explored South Beach!

I reserved a two-bedroom villa, but at check-in I was told that it was unavailable due to a plumbing issue and that I would be assigned two separate rooms instead. I was disappointed that I was not informed of this issue before arriving at the property.

The room was very neat and clean, there was someone waiting for us at the front desk and he helped us with our bags and to our room. It took about 10-15 minutes for the ac to kick on but it cooled off quite fast. I left something in the hotel room and the staff were quick to respond and get my item back to me. It’s about a 15 minute walk to shops nearby and restaurants are even closer. Walgreens is right across the street as well. There was no valet parking but there is parking at a nearby garage for $20 a day.
