The front desk staff seemed stand off-ish and it always felt like they were being bothered. The vallet guys were awesome. They were very easy going and always helpful. The girls at the pool bar were also great. The property was very clean and well maintained.

The bedroom had stains of red food sauce or some type of liquid... & random cockroach found near the toilet, while having no food in the room. The room looked nice and staff were friendly, for the price i believe the room should be cleaner.

Only complaint is the elevators. The wait time for an elevator was way too long. We were on the 20th floor and at one point we went down 20 flights of stairs faster than the elevator got to the lobby. Staff was helpful. Good drinks. Easy access to the beach.

I love the location of the resort. Small pool. But great if you’re not alway in your room. I only say that because the double room was a little small but airy with a deck. And the staff was not that friendly only the woman that checked us in she was a very nice and outgoing front desk staff.

Location is great, very close to the beach. View from the balcony was really nice, however the amenities could be better in the apartment and in the hotel itself. Pool is too small for a building this size, seats fill up quickly, and the shade reaches the pool by 5pm because of the way the hotel is situated. The worst part are the elevators- only 2 elevators for 30 floors. You could be waiting up to 30 minutes at times or need to take 18 flights up the stairs. Overall, stay was nice because of the location and view and room was spacious.

Great view of the river. Simple room but was clean. Easy walk to the beach. Little cafe was great but not always open. Elevators were really slow often taking 20 minutes to get down from the 20th floor.

The room does NOT look like what is pictured. There was carpet that was dirty and had crumbs all over it. Cob webs in the corner along with an inch of dust on the door frames all very visible. We had no hot water upon arrival staff kept sending me to talk to Expedia when the entire time it was their issue. Refused a refund and I wasn’t even there an hour.

I checked in to a dirty room. The sheets had someone else’s hair all over them. There was no flat sheet at all. There were blood stains from bed bugs and a bug on top of the bed upon arrival. The carpet was dirty with hair balls all over. There were also food crumbs. The bed frame was broken and there was left over pony tails from someone else. The toilet had a wad of something in it. The owner or the rental as well as the management did nothing to help: I was told I could get fresh bedding and change it myself as there were no housekeeping staff available. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to wait for management the next day. I refused to stay and next day I was told they are following their cancellation policy and refused to refund my 3 night/ 4day stay.

The staff were rude. The dining options do not exist. It was closed every day. The pool was overcrowded. They charge a resort fee, but there is nothing resort about this property. The only good thing is it is within walking distance to the beach.

The walls are paper, thin you hear every single thing from your neighbours Lineup to check in of more than 50 guest with only one working person They do not pick up the phone when there is a security issue. You have to call numerous times. I’ll keep hanging up on you. Horrible experience.

Min 10-15 minute wait for the elevators, the staff are very nice had many issues with my room And the property manger was horrible always passed the buck I suggest Never renting from them the walls are paper thin and had security have to come 3 out of 6 nights at 1am due to tie noise and all she can say is how sorry she was she and the other tentant reunited our vacation
