Host is very responsive. The unit is not so clean and when the faucet broke, they decided to glue it which left it half fixed instead of putting a new one. When they did the gluing they left the bathroom and sink dirty. The valet parking during the day is vey unpredictable and they can take 30-40 minutes to pull your car. The walls are very thin, so you hear the neighbors talking and people across the hall arguing. The beach attendant will not give you beach towels unless there are chair available.
