Hello, Following your email of January 5, 2026, we wish to express our strong indignation regarding the conditions of our stay and the completely unacceptable behavior of the reception staff. Upon our arrival on December 21, 2025, we were confronted with an unbearable odor in the room, rendering it uninhabitable. This situation should have been addressed immediately, which was not the case, causing us to lose considerable time. The behavior of the reception staff was unacceptable: a total lack of courtesy, inappropriate remarks, and an aggressive attitude. My daughter was deeply shocked and began to cry after being verbally abused by a receptionist and the manager, who refused to listen to our explanations or acknowledge the problem. In addition, there were numerous deficiencies in basic services: - housekeeping not performed daily, towels regularly missing, The need to systematically call reception to obtain what should have been provided automatically. These repeated malfunctions made our stay extremely unpleasant. We travel regularly and have never been treated this way. Such an experience is unworthy of an establishment of your standing and cannot be considered acceptable under any circumstances. We expect a serious response, clear explanations, and a gesture of goodwill commensurate with the inconvenience suffered. Without a satisfactory response, we reserve the right to consider further action

The room needs major upgrade. Bathroom had a dirty mop odor. They over did it with cleaning with bleach. The front desk lady who was impatient and terrible hospitality spoke in a nasty tone , came up to check my complaint on the odor and claim she smelled nothing wrong. I had to purchase disinfect to kill the smell using towels to wipe down and wash the floor. The room phone did not work. Tech came to fix the phone and couldn't. Said he would be back and never came back. So no phone the entire stay. By law its required to have working phones in rooms in case of emergency. They would not accommodate me to change my room. Built in closet had 3 shelves. A metal rod sticking out the wall to hang clothes on with 4 hangers. Only up to date appliances were the fridge iron and ironing board. Bes sheets was stained along side the sides. I bought sheets and pillows and pillow cases to cover to bed after spraying with lysole disinfect. The on line ratings for this hotel is highly fabricated. Needs to torn down and rebuild or gutted and renovated.

There was no hot water for washing up or showers. Staff told just before checking out you have to leave the hot water tap on 5 to 10 minutes! Mattresses not pillow top. Small elevator making check in and out difficult. For age of hotel the bathroom looked great. View and location prime.

They placed me in a handicap room that felt neglected. The door wouldn’t fully shut unless it was slammed, and several times I didn’t realize it was left open. One night the door guard locked me out, and the next night it completely fell off. I honestly felt unsafe. On top of that, the atmosphere was extremely noisy.

Hotel is Ok. Room is not good for family. Its a small room with glass toilet door. So, if you are just with your partner / wife / gf then its ok . Not good for family stay. There is no privacy in bathroom. Room service is Ok. Do the basic job when asked. There is no doubt that location of hotel is great. Uber/ Taxi cannot go to hotel street. you have to get down on 7th street and walk with luggage. So, if you have heavy / multiple luggage , you need to plan to drag it on street.

Was not what we expected! The pictures are deceiving! Rooms are smaller, elevator super small. TV did work the first three days. Barely any outlets for charging devices in room. No beach chairs were available.

Old furnitures, bed was ok, lightning was lacking only two bed tables lamps to get light at night. Bathroom was awkward, over size toilet in the middle of the small bathroom, sink so small that you can't fit your hands. Large bedroom small bathroom. Large window that provides a lot of lightning during day. Location was great everything closed by beach right across hotel provides beach chairs and towels. A lot of over price restaurants, but if you look outside beach boulevard you might find cheaper prices.
