Great Location Private Spacious Full Kitchen

We loved staying here. It's 2 blocks from Calle Ocho and a nice spacious apartment. We really appreciated all the kitchenware and work space.

It was a nice little one bedroom..found a few roaches the first day and owner supplied me with bug spray immediately other than and a barking dog next door at night it was a good quiet stay will rent again

This house was well equipped. The neighborhood was so quiet and friendly. Walking distance to Calle Ocho. Overall the house was just like the pictures. Definitely great stay.

Great place very comfortable, clean and cozy. My two small children enjoyed it. We were able to make meals and had room to play as well.

Location is not everything

Walking distance to Little Havana but this place is tiny and uncomfortable. It is attached to the back of a house and seems like it is a converted porch. The bed was much too hard. Not nearly enough accommodations to actually unpack. No chest of drawers and not enough surfaces to put your stuff on. Bathroom has no vent and no surface for toiletries. We had to put our stuff all over the unit and it was only two of the us. The shower is so small, it is almost unusable. The bottom of the shower curtain is way too far away from the shower so the bath mat and floor gets soaked. Upholstery on the sofa was not clean. You have to whisper to not be heard by the occupants of the main house. We repeatedly heard loud talking and laughing fro the other side of the wall. I asked in advance if there was an iron and was told yes. We were late to an event because there was no iron and we had to wait for one to be bought and delivered. All in all, the great location did not make up for the very uncomfortable accommodations. We definitely would not recommend the specific unit.
