The location of the hotel next to the beach is perfect with the pool. We had a really good time playing outside. But the appartement need some refresh and the mattress is not confortable at all, you feel the spring.

Old building on Collins Ave. Not a luxury experience at all. It’s clean (meaning no roaches) and it’s on Collins Ave. Valet parking was good, the wait was not that bad. I might go back there for a solo trip. No way for a family trip.

I love my stay here. The only thing I didn’t like was if you have an issue, you have to contact a third-party. The people at the front desk cannot help you the property was clean and you can tell that they’re doing updates but other than that it was great for what I paid.
