Our two-bedroom/two-bathroom corner suite is perfect for you and your family or friends. Great unit; iffy building and services

The apartment itself was lovely. Generous sized rooms, great views (180 degrees plus), and well equipped-- good storage space and drawers, excellent kitchen appliances, very good mattresses and pillows, comfortable LR seating, etc. A few glitches upon arrival that realty company promptly had someone come to fix. Hotel will not provide housekeeping service; got name from realty company, but person never showed. The building has some nice features like a good restaurant on 9th floor and a coffee bar open until 1pm daily. Parking at $35/day was high but efficient. The property/building itself was not as wonderful: - fewer than 20 pool chairs for a 41 story building; - very long waits at elevators; - some excellent staff (notably. Joe Castro in maintenance and Brook at reception) but other staff impolite and ignorant (for example, receptionist said no mail pick up while I found a mail slot not 20' away; - no real concierge e.g., no listing of local restaurants. - finger pointing in most cases to contact owner, not "concierge" with any issues; - beach labor irritable and provide different closing time than front desk says, inability/ difficulty to have some of party at beach chairs and some at pool, beach chairs a bit away from the building and jammed into a space suitable for half as many). Would particularly recommend Etaru restaurant behind building and Billy's Stone Crab a couple miles north. Please note that while website shows TOTAL cost, it does NOT include mandatory resort fee which mounts up if long stay.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION...

PROCEED WITH CAUTION…The owner and management company of this unit are less than responsive! After Night 1 of our 6 Night stay...we spoke with someone from the management company in regards to the king size mattress in the master suite that was SEVERELY broken down, resulting in a 4 foot by 2 foot section offering no support on the one side of the bed. We were told they would get ahold of the maintenance man to have him come and look at the mattress to determine if it could somehow be repaired/fixed. We received ZERO communication from them until we contacted them again on Day 3 of our stay and were again told they would send someone to look at the issue. Once again, no one showed up or contacted us. After contacting them again on Day 5, they finally deemed it serious enough to actually send someone to look that the mattress. After looking at the mattress for all of 30 seconds, the maintenance man determined it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced! After reaching this point in the process...we find out the management company would need to get in contact with the owner of the unit to authorize a replacement of the mattress. Unfortunately, the owner was unreachable until Wednesday of the following week...a full 10 Days after we notified them about the mattress!! This issue was never resolved during our stay…

The condo is beautiful and the area is great. My main issue with the property is the cleanliness. I have pretty high standards I know, but even my teens noticed that although everything was nice it just wasn’t clean or it seemed unclean.

The apartment is neat with amazing views and great easiness of pool and beach access. We are a family of 5 and was confortable for all of us. Unfortunately we had to request from management sheets for the sofa bed 5 times and we still did not get a complete set of sheets for it, first night 3 of us had to sleep on the king bed. The king bed mattress was not very confortable we were sinking in it. Liners for the trash can would have been nice. We had a nice time and would go back.

Super Location / coole Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz dem Inserat ! Die inbegriffenen Strandliegen/Sonnenschirme befinden sich aber nicht am Strand vor der Wohnung sondern recht weit entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem "Property-Management" ist eher kompliziert - es werden zusätzlich Hardcopies von ID/credit card per mail verlangt. Auch die AGB's sollten genau gelesen werden, da noch zusätzliche Kosten entstehen (security fees). Overall aber absolut zu empfehlen.

What a fun experience having a view to the beach and also to the city. Mind blown of the view. Checking in and out was easy. No problems at all.

Amazing view

The pictures don't do the condo justice! We were blown away with the amount of space and the view. My only complaint is that it took a long time to check in. The front desk was understaffed and every time we needed to speak with them it was a long wait. That being said we would definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing, the pool was great, and it's hard to beat the views. Close in proximity to everything we needed too.
