Be prepared
Not Luxurious, Not Brand New. This is deceptive marketing. The photos were not representative of the unit. It was much older than the photos make it appear, so dirty, smelled terrible of cigarettes, had a bad water leak in the ceiling in the master bath with mold growing. We reported the leak as soon as we arrived to wet towels, wet rug and dripping water from the ceiling. Maintenance did come right away. However, they couldn't access the unit above so they just handed us a bowl from the kitchen to put under the drip, and some dry towels and left. They investigated again in the morning, left to try to figure out the leak, and never returned. The water did stop dripping, but no effort was made to dry up the mess, and we watched green turn to black growing in the ceiling during our visit. My husband found the maintenance guys in the hall and they acted like they had no idea what leak or where this was. Appears to be a frequent problem.
We couldn't walk around barefooted, the floors were so dirty inside the condo. The elevators were never available, and we took 8 flights up and down the stairs a few times a day. 2 elevators is not adequate for this size condo building. Luckily we are a fit family! However, carrying 4 large suitcases down stairs was not enjoyable.
There was no hot water for several hours on the morning of our departure.
The location of the hotel was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, so we enjoyed our vacation despite the challenges we had.
