Lovely property - great hosts

The property is wonderful - a real home from home with an amazing outdoor space. The hosts are great communicators - the check in process was flawless and they always responded to questions promptly. Definitely a great place for a stay in Miami!

Our "home" in Miami

Hosts Sam and Andy made us feel welcome and were very responsive to our needs. The house is perfect for us -- older, super clean, lots of upgrades, washer and dryer, off-street parking, private backyard. Location is good -- short drive to downtown, Miami Beach, and the airport. The hosts have added many lovely touches to make the cottage attractive and welcoming. We will recommend this one to our friends.

Cute cottage in an excellent location. We’d happily return in the future. Well stocked kitchen (including plastic plates and cups for kids), nice backyard, plenty of towels. Easy access for driving, as well as within easy walking distance to many good restaurants. Thanks for a great stay in Miami.

Cozy and Convenient

My mom and I loved our stay here! The house had everything you could think of needing, and I would love to come back with my kids and husband in the future. We loved having coffee in the backyard in the mornings and we were a short walk (2 min) from Biscayne Blvd where there are some great restaurants. Sam was responsive when I asked about parking, and all of the instructions and information about the property were clear and helpful.

An adorable private getaway

The house is absolutely adorable. I really appreciated the fact that they had baby locks on the cleaning cabinet as well as plates and cutlery for kids. The back yard is so peaceful and surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay again

Great stay

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to restaurants, and the beaches Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.My children enjoy their stay loved backyard and pool this was perfect for a family vacation stay.

Cozy place that feels like home

Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Private fenced in backyard with a pool and 2 patio areas. Modern up to date and clean. Every amenities you may need it is truly a home away from home. Neighborhood is very quiet and is centrally located near all attractions.

Comfy Place

The place was clean, it was a nice space for my friends. We all enjoyed the spot since it was pretty convenient. Host had clear instructions and we didn't seem to have any issues. The host lets you enjoy your stay in peace as well. So for those who like to be left alone. This is a good pick.

Amazing Experience

So I wanted to celebrate my 21st and was very upfront and honest the owners were open and very generous. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool a lot. The home is very welcoming and owners are very attentive to responding back to messages. Needless to say if I want another long weekend mini vacation I will definitely be booking with them again :)

Homey & relaxing

We recently came for a short weekend getaway and it was a perfect place for us to stay. We brought our boat which is rather large and it fit easily in the drive way along w enough parking for our truck. The back yard is super cute for a hang out w family and friends. The beds were comfortable and they had everything you would need from soaps to extra toothbrushes and more! We will be returning for sure!

Here's the corrected version: This home is beautiful; pictures do not do it justice. The overall stay was very nice, and I was even able to extend my stay while visiting. My children loved the bunk beds and pool; it’s very welcoming and cozy here, just like your very own home. Would love to stay again next time we visit Miami. Our host was very nice, and I appreciate that as well.

Great Value, Great House, Will Return!

What an awesome stay! This place feels like staying at a friends’ house who happens to be out of town. It is set up like a real home with everything people would need. This place is close to Wynwood & the Beaches, in a nice, safe neighborhood. There was plenty to eat locally & the Hosts treated us like family! Between the pool, large tropical yard, location and set up of the home, this was the Best Deal we’ve found in Miami! We’ll be back, for sure!

Clean and cozy

I could not be happier with this rental. Owners were available for questions and answered quickly. Very close to Miami Beach. We did not have a gathering but the back yard would be perfect for it. I would definitely recommend this home.

Absolutely amazing!

We stayed for christmas with our 4 kids and we couldn't ask for a better place. The house is really well located, 15 minutes from Miami beach and really close to downtown with nice places to walk around the neighborhood and restaurants and ice cream close by. The house is beautifully decorated and so cozy and Sam and Andy were so nice. They were always available to help with any questions or concerns and they even put up a christmas tree for the kids with little gifts. We cannot recommend this house enough. If you're thinking of booking, do it! Thanks Sam and Andy for making our christmas vacation amazing!

Perfect location

You are no more than 30 minutes from great amenities. Neighborhood was quiet, felt very safe. The cottage is so welcoming, feels like home away from home. My 16 year old granddaughter loved the pool experiance and I loved being able to relax in the back yard with her searching on my computer or listening to audible books. We enjoyed this vacation so much. You don't have to remember anything, they have everything noted for you, internet password, things to be mindful of, near by fast food menus, etc. Wonderful experiance!!!!
