Immediately upon walking in front desk insisted I pay $30 more due to arriving at 2:00pm CST instead of 3pm I explained the situation in detail, only car in the lot, only guest in the lobby, she did nit care and was rude, told her I’d just leave and get another hotel after driving 7 hours to get to her before my event which started at 3pm. She finally let me check in. Poor customer service skills, no elevator had to carry everything up by hand and no air in hallways, 100 degree weekend.
